Having been fortuante enough to own a couple of condos (condominiums) in Thailand, in both Pattaya and Bankok, it is now my time to sell. Due to scuba diving work commitments I purchased in both Bangkok and Pattaya for the convenience.

Both condos that are for sale were built with top furnishings to live in comfort and not sell on - that was the plan before little Sophie came along. Although both condos in Pattaya and Bangkok are of good size and very cmfortable - Sophie wants a garden to run around in.

The Pattaya condo is based on Pratumnak Hill which separates Pattaya and Jomtien. The hill is very quiet with the 2/3 bedroom (96 SqM) affording a wonderful seaview including a perfect view of Koh Larn (Ko Larn). The condo boasts a swimming pool on the 4th floor which gains a lot of sun daily and a "built in" balcony allowing you to be "inside" whilst enjoying the sunshine.
